Our Fee
Our Fee
Our recruitment fee is a percentage of the candidate’s W-2 annual salary, billed 365 days after their hire date. Direct expenses are billed at the conclusion of the recruitment. Direct expenses include advertising, WFCA consultant travel, and candidate travel (at the hiring entity’s discretion).
